Tucked far back in the southeastern corner of the ranch hides a peaceful scene from a tropical paradise. Its hand-carved wooden altar (designed by Happy herself, using icons from Mexican cultural art and hand-crafted by an artisan in Central Mexico), has become a locally famous work of art, earning even national recognition.
